Volunteers and volunteerism are at the heart of the work done here at the Franklin Center.  The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is a component of the Franklin Center that helps match people interested in volunteering with opportunities to serve in the Beaver County Area. Most of the service organizations in the area rely on RSVP for assistance.
