Science Camp (STEMS)
Location: The Franklin Center of Beaver County
Science? In the Summer? What if I don’t like science? Well, let us change your mind! You will spend your summer performing fun experiments, learning cool science facts, and exploring different topics each year, and you get paid! Plus, you will visit colleges and universities in the area where you can study science and you’ll visit some cool workplaces too! This summer we will be learning about electrical engineering and we will be building our own circuits. This program also includes an overnight camping trip in the Laurel Highlands, complete with whitewater rafting!
Dates: June 23-August 1, 2014
Camp Hours: M-F 9:30-3:30
