The Franklin Center of Beaver County facilitates access to life-changing opportunities for the low-income, the underserved, and those in need.

The Franklin Center’s strives to ensure the delivery of human services and supplemental education programs and opportunities for citizens of Beaver County.  This organization provides human services as well as outreach and referral services to low income and unemployed Beaver County residents through programming in three locations: Aliquippa, New Brighton and Beaver Falls.

For easier access by the public to services not provided directly by the organization, the Franklin Center facility houses services offered by Holy Family Social Service, Beaver County NAACP, the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Home Healthcare Group, Inc., the Urban League of Pittsburgh and the office of Representative Rob Matzie.
